Transportation Registration

Welcome to the Transportation Department of the Clark County School District (CCSD). We are committed to providing safe, timely, efficient and courteous bus transportation services to eligible students. You can view our guidelines for determining walking distance, safety conditions, bus seating, and bus routing in the CCSD Regulation 3531 document.

If you have changed your address or other contact information then please provide the updated information to your school's registrar so they can update the student information system (SASI). Your student's transportation eligibility and services are derived from your student's SASI record. Please assist us in ensuring your records are kept up to date.

Registering for Transportation services is easy. If you are eligible for Transportation then you have several options.

• Register online. You will just need your Student ID number and your student's date of birth.
• Call our Call Center at 799-8111 to speak to a Transportation representative. The Call Center is open, excluding holidays, during the following hours:

  Monday through Friday:

  6:00 AM - 7:00 PM

• Let your school's registrar know you need to register for Transportation. They will pass your request onto us. If you are eligible then you will receive bus stop information prior to the start of school or a few days after you register.

CCSD Transportation goes "GREEN"

CCSD Transportation is proud to announce the delivery of a brand new Thomas Built, Hybrid School Bus. This is only the second hybrid school bus built by Thomas to be put in service in the United States. It was made possible with funding from NDOT and the Sierra Club. The "Green" technology is new to our fleet and the bus colors speak for themselves!
