Just check the appropriate line in the Transportation Requested For box at the bottom of the form. Please keep in mind that requesting transportation does not mean your student is automatically eligible for transportation. Eligibility will be verified by the Transportation Department. Students who are eligible will be assigned a bus stop and receive an email (if email address is provided) or a letter with their transportation information. Non-eligible students will also receive an email or letter explaining their status. In addition, student transportation eligibility and bus stop information are available online at: http://transportation.ccsd.net/edulog/webquery/

Please note: If you do not require bus transportation for your student it isn't necessary to complete the Transportation Requested For box at the bottom of the Registration Form.

If your student is currently enrolled in Clark County School District and you have moved, changed schools, and/or need transportation, please complete the Student Information Update Form.
  • If your student is enrolled in self-contained special education classes and requires transportation please contact their case manager. The Special Education Instructor-Facilitator (SEIF) at your students' school will assist you in this process.

  • If your student is attending a behavior or continuation school, the school will complete the form required for requesting transportation.
