In order to streamline the process for registering students for transportation, a new procedure has been developed that will begin with the 2007-2008 school year. New Students - New student transportation registration will now be part of the school enrollment process. Parents may request transportation services on the CCSD Student Registration Form (CCF-705) pdf when enrolling their student(s) for school.
Current Students - Current students that remain at the same school, have the same home address, and are receiving transportation will automatically be registered for transportation for the following school year. Annual registration is no longer required.
- Current students that change schools, move, or now require transportation, must complete a Student Information Update form to update their school and transportation information.
Additional Students - If your student is enrolled in self-contained special education classes and requires transportation please contact their case manager. The Special Education Instructor-Facilitator (SEIF) at your student's school will assist you in this process.
- If your student has medical transportation needs, please contact the school nurse to process the necessary documentation.
- If your student is attending a behavior or continuation school, the school will complete the form required for requesting transportation.
