Dear Parent/Guardian,
Our records indicate your child is registered to attend Sierra Vista High School. The Transportation Department has conducted an assessment of the walk boundary and student walk paths for Sierra Vista High School. The review included consideration of additional and/or updated pedestrian walk paths, crossing guard placements, school zones and/or traffic control devices now in the area.
Effective August 8, 2022, Sierra Vista HS students residing in your area will no longer be eligible for transportation services per District Regulations 3530 and 3531. There is no longer construction impeding the walk path.
